SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Shop Israella. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our shipping department is closed on Mondays. 

During sales, holidays, new product launches, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, destination, and current carrier rates.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Shop Israella.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Natural disasters
• Labor disruptions
• Customs processing
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Shop Israella is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shop Israella is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shop Israella is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.

At our discretion, we may assist customers with carrier claims; however, Shop Israella is not obligated to replace, refund, or issue store credit for packages confirmed as delivered.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged item(s)

Failure to report shipping damage within 3 days may affect our ability to assist with a claim.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for information regarding eligible returns.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Shop Israella reserves the right to cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund, store credit, or substitute remedy at our discretion.

IN-STORE PICKUP

If offered, customers selecting in-store pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.

Government-issued identification may be required at pickup.

Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be canceled and converted to store credit at Shop Israella's discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Shop Israella is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.
