RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Shop Israella and supporting our business!

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To qualify for store credit, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
• Be in original, resalable condition.

Any item returned that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Clearance items
• Items discounted by 30% or more
• Bodysuits
• Swimsuits
• Leggings
• Accessories
• White clothing items
• Gift cards

Items purchased using promotional or discount codes that result in a discount of less than 30% remain eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy.

No exceptions.

STORE CREDIT

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase and is not redeemable for cash.

Store credit does not expire.

Items purchased using store credit are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size or item will be available.

Customers will receive store credit for approved returns and may use that credit to place a new order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopisraella@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased online may be returned by mail or at any Shop Israella retail location.

Shop Israella is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email shopisraella@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

POLICY CHANGES

Shop Israella reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
